Why I Chose EXIT Realty

Many people ask me why I chose EXIT Realty?  When I discovered EXIT, I did my due diligence and quickly discovered common themes that resonated with me.  First, I was impressed with all the people I met, from agents, to brokers, to other Regional Owners, to the support team in Toronto.  The common thread running through all my conversations is how everyone is in this together. I quickly learned through EXIT’s unique single level residual income program, The EXIT Formula, the company walked their talk, as everyone is on the same level playing field when it comes to incenting people to join the company. As I met more people in the industry, I also learned real estate can be a cutthroat, competitive industry, yet this is not the DNA that runs through EXIT people.  Maybe it is the fact that it is a privately owned company, maybe because the average tenure of senior management is over 15 years with the company, or maybe it’s the Canadian roots of the founder, but this company is truly all about cooperation and collaboration. As someone who has worked in the large and small companies,  publicly traded and privately owned companies, what I liked about EXIT was it was a big company that acted like a small company, and that spoke to me.

I learned early on the philosophy of the corporate office is here to support me, my job is to support our brokers, they guide their agents, who service then their clients. This is a simple concept to grasp, but difficult to execute across a vast organization. I have found this company stays in their lane, there is no skip-level direction that only causes to confuse and alienate those doing the work. There is a culture within EXIT that is hard to describe, EXIT isn’t for everyone, but for those who value teamwork, mutual respect, serving others, and making money it is a diamond in the rough within a fragmented industry, and I couldn’t be more proud to be participating in this journey.
