Matt Lazowski is a Senior Loan Officer with Fairway Mortgage and one of our valued partners who helps our brokers and agents with solutions to help their clients throughout New England. I had a few minutes to ask Matt some questions about how he assists EXIT Realty. 

How does your service benefit our agents and brokers?

I am committed to providing personal service, and am always available to help you, your brokers, agents and ultimately your clients. What are you doing to keep up with the changes in the real estate industry?

I prioritize seeking out regular continuing education in both the mortgage and real estate space. I receive ongoing education from both Fairway and the network I have built in the New England Real Estate region. I realize the industry is in a transition period, both to consumers, and within the brokerage community, and it is my job, and my livelihood depends on staying abreast of any changes in the industry.

What trends does Fairway Mortgage see coming in the future?

We are dedicated to using AI and other cutting-edge technology to create faster approvals, easier access to financial information, and continuing our ability to get to closing table faster and more thoroughly than other companies in our space. We have embraced AI to help us get smarter in how we direct market, package relevant information, and be more concise in our messaging.
